87例直肠腺癌患者肿瘤分期和细胞免疫状态分析

摘要: ［摘要］目的 检测不同分期可手术根治直肠腺癌患者肿瘤分期和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化. 方法 采用流式细胞仪，对87例手术前直肠腺癌组和40例对照组CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK、B细胞进行检测．结果 手术前直肠腺癌组CD8、NK细胞表达明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.05）；直肠腺癌患者Dukes A、B、C各期及T、N各分期间CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK、B细胞比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）. 结论 直肠腺癌患者存在细胞免疫功能失衡；但与肿瘤分期不明显Abstract: Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver(FNH).Method Retrospective analysis was made on 12 FNH cases in terms of clinical findings,images,pathologic examination.Results The average age of patients with FNH was 33 years old.Symptoms were helpless for diagnosis of FNH.The correct diagnostic rate of BUS,CT and MRI was 25%,44.44% and 50%,respectively.All 12 cases underwent operation got uneventful recovery.Conclusions CT and MRI are mandatory for the diagnosis o...
