Expression and Significance of CARP, Myo and α1-microglobulin in Serum of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

  •   Objective  To explore the expression and significance of CARP, Myo and α 1-microglobulin in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction.   Methods  From February 2019 to August 2019, 65 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital were selected as the AMI group of this study, and 65 healthy volunteers who received routine physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group of this study. Serum cardiac anchor repeat protein (CARP) was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Myo level by chemiluminescent immunoassay, α1-microglobulin, cTnI, HS-TnI level by immunoturbidimetry.   Results  Compared with the control group, the levels of serum CARP, myoglobin, α1-microglobulin, cTnI and HS-TnI in AMI group were higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CARP and Myo were positively correlated in AMI (r = 0.399, P = 0.001); CARP and α1-microglobulin were positively correlated in AMI (r = 0.446, P = 0.001); Myo and α1-microglobulin were positively correlated in AMI (r = 0.463, P = 0.001). There was a positive correlation between the levels of cTnI and HS-TnI.   Conclusions  The levels of CARP, Myo and α1-microglobulin are abnormally increased in acute myocardial infarction, which has a certain correlation with the levels of cTnI and HS-TnI. The detection of CARP, Myo and α1-microglobulin can provide an important reference for the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and has a certain clinical value.
