Abstract

Abstract

Objective To isolate and identify brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the cerebral cortex of adult Rhesus monkey,and investigate its histological distribution.Methods The cortex tissues of monkeys were harvested,homogenized and isolated by SDS PAGE electrophoresis,and identified by western blot using rabbit BDNF specific antibody.Then the frozen sections from cortex were prepared,and the immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the distribution of BDNF in the cerebral cortex of adult Rhesus monk...
