Abstract
Objective To establish an useful method to isolate and culture umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)and induce it to neural differentiation.Methods Thirty human umbilical cords(UCs) were obtained from pregnant women with their written consent and the approval of the Clinic Ethnics Committee,the primary UC-MSCs were isloated by adherent culture in the medium contains 20% fetal bovine serum(FBS),then they were maintained in the medium contains 10% FBS and induced to neural cells in neural differentia...
