Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the early diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging (CTP)I in acute cerebral ischemia.Methods Conventional and perfusion CT scanning were performed in fifty patients suspected acute ischemia with symptom onset within one and 12 hours.CT and clinical follow up were obtained in all patients in 3~7 days after the first time of CT examination.Results In the first conventional CT scanning,21 patients were detected lesions of infarction,29 patients had negative results,but in ...
