Abstract
Objective To explore the incidence rate and the risk factors of postoperative delirium in the young and the middle-aged elective noncardiac surgical patients.Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted in this cross-sectional study.1 276 patients,aged from18 to 50,undergoing elective noncardiac surgery were recruited from March to June,2010.The patients with delirum or diagnosed as dementia,depression,and cognitive dysfunction before operation were ruled out in this study.The enrolled patients were interv...
