Abstract

Objective To observe the cytotoxic activity in vitro of cytokine-induced killer cells(CIK cells),and to observe the short-term clinical efficacy,immunological activity and side effects of CIK cells in treating genitourinary system tumor.Methods A total of 10 patients with genitourinary system malignancies were recorded with CIK cell therapy from July 2007 to March 2010.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)from patients with standard treatment protocols were induced to CIK cells in vitro,then phenotype of...
