Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of NGF,BDNF,NT-3 and their receptors trkA,trkB,trkC in cultured Neural stem cells(NSCs).Methods NSCs were isolated from embryonic hippocampus of mice.They were then cultured in vitro and identified by immunohistochemistry using nestin antibody.The expression of mRNA and protein for NGF,BDNF,NT-3 was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.Results Significant levels of mRNA were detected for all three factors and their receptor trkA,trkB,trkC by RT-PCR.The proteins...
