Abstract
Objective To establish a animal model of bile duct strictures by electrocautery injury in Japanese rabbits,for studing the prevention and treatment of bile duct stricture.Methods 30 Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into control group(n=15)and experimental group(n=15),sham operation and electrocautery injury of bile duct were applied respectively.The general condition and survival of animals were observed after operation.The hepatic function of animals were examined before operation and after 30 days.T...
