Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of plasminogen activator inhibitor type-1 in human glioma,and analyze its relationship with malignant biological behavior of human glioma,anddiscuss the role and significance of PAI-1 in human glioma.Methods PAI-1 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical(ABC) method and ECL-Western blot in surgical samples of 41 patients with human glioma and 10 samples of normal brain tissue obtained from craniocerebral injury surgery.Results Along with...
