Abstract

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of combination of Mecarbinate(Telmisartan)and Hydrochlorothiazide on primary hypertension.Methods Sixty-five patients with mild or moderate primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the first group(35 persons)were given 80mg of Mecarbinate and 25mg of Hydrochlorothiazide each day,and patients in the second group(30 persons)were given only 80mg Mecarbinate each day.Patient in the two groups were given the treatment for 7 weeks.Results(...
