Abstract

Objective To compare the positive rate of asthmatic patients in provocative test between 24 h and 72 h after stop using bronchodilators.Method 200 suspected asthmatic patients were given provocative test by inhalating methacholine with Jaeger MASTERS OCOPE APSPRO spirometry 24 h and 72 h after stop using bronchodilators.Result The positive rate of asthmatic patients in provocative test 72h after stop using bronchodilators was higher than 24 h after stop using bronchodilators,the difference had statistical s...
