Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the chief inducement and prognosis of acute kidney injury on the basis of chronic kindney disease(AKI on CKD,A/C).Methods From July 2004 to July 2010,the clinical data(including the inducement and prognosis)of 56 patients with AKI on CKD was retrospectively analyzed.Results The major causes of A/C were:severe infection(37.5%),severe hypertension(23.2%),the progression of primary renal disease(19.6%).The prognosis of A/C:the recovery of renal function(82.1%),no change(10.71%),chronic failu...
