Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of large dose of mucosolvan on respiratory distress syndrome in premature children.Methods Seventy-two premature children with NRDS were randomly divided into treatment group(37 cases)and control group(35 cases),all cases were given same combined therapy and variant flow rate continuous positive airway by nasal mask.The cases in treatment group were given 30 mg/(kg.d)of mucosolvan for four times.The clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis(PaO2,PaCO2,PaO2/FiO2...
