Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of cyclosporine A on RAF-1 expression in the skeletal muscles of hindlimbs in adult rats after spinal cord transaction.Methods Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into operation group(T9 transection)and CSA treatment group.After spinal cord transection(SCT)was performed,CSA(1 mg/200 g)was intrapentoneously injected one time every day to rats in CSA treatment group till 7 days after SCT.The spinal cords were harvested,then RT-PCR(n=8)and immunohistochemistry(n=5)...
