Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of TRB3 on homocysteine-induced inhibition of endothelial cells proliferation.Methods DNA synthesis in cells was determined by using -thymidine incorporation.The expression of tested genes was detected by real-time PCR.The phosphorylation of proteins was measured by Westren blotting.Results(1)Homocysteine inhibited the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).(2)Homocysteine induced endoplasmic reticulum stress,and up-regulated the expression of CHO...
