Application of Transvaginal Ultrasound Guided Elective Embryo Reduction in Treatment of Uterine Cornual Pregnancy

Objective To discuss the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound guided elective embryo reduction in treatment of uterine cornual pregnancy.Methods 10 patients with uterine cornual pregnancy were treated by singlet embryo aspiration through transvaginal ultrasound guide.Results There were 4 cases of right cornual pregnancy,6 cases of left cornual pregnancy;3 cases of twin pregnancy.All the cases were treated successfully.Conclusion Singlet embryo aspiration is a simple,microinvasive and safe method in tre...
