Abstract

Abstract

Objective To assess left ventricular systolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)by 2-dimensional strain(2DSE).Methods There were 25 cases with T2DM in the patients group,while 29 healthy subjects in the control group.The 2-dimensional loop-cine were obtained in apical 4-chamber view,apical 2-chamber view and long axis of left ventricle view.Eighteen segments of LV longitudinal peak systolic strain were measured by automated functional imaging(AFI)software of 2DSE.LV ejection fraction(E...
