Abstract

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of superselective bronchial artery embolization(BAE)on intractable and massive hemoptysis,and analyze the influencing factors,complications and security.Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with massive hemoptysis who received superselective BAE were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 75 patients,56 patients were cured,and the cure rate was 74.67%,9 patients were improved significantly,4 patients were improved,and the total effective rate was 92%;6 patients were not ...
