Abstract

Abstract

Objective To detect the expression of SDF-l and VEGF protein.and investigate their relationship and significance in glioma.Method We detected the expresion of SDF-l and VEGF in glioma by using IHC in 32 cases,8 cases in each level(I-IV).Results The expression of SDF-1 and VEGF was correlated with tumor grade.Positive correlation between SDF-l and VEGF was found in glioma.Conclusions The expression of SDF-1 and VEGF may has synergetic effect and promote the occurrence and development of glioma.Combined deter...
