Abstract

Abstract

Objective Obtaining primary cells is a very important procedure in sensitivity of chemotherapeutics in vitro and immunotherapy.This article is to reveal need advertent thing in culturing primary tumor cells by analyzing the culture failure cause,so as to select right culture method and avoid failure in the future.Method The cells of sediment from malignant hydrothorax were vaccinated at RPMI Medium 1640 in aseptic condition to observe cell growing.Results The many fibroblasts grew in fifteen collection samp...
