Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the correlation of GABABR1 Phe658Phe gene polymorphism with OSAHS accompanied by hypertension.Methods Twenty-four severe OSAHS patients(12 with normal blood pressureand 12 with hypertension),12 essential hypertension patients and 12 normal control subjects were involved in this study,the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism was used to investigate the Phe658Phe polymorphism of GABABR1 gene.Results There was no significant difference in the genotypes and...
