Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fasudil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method A randomized study was designed to evaluate effect of fasudil on acute cerebral infarction,with routine therapy as placebo 2 control.120 patients were chosen from October 2009 to October 2010 and were divided into 2 groups:fasudil group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Excellency,efficacy and improvement of neurological function were observed.Result There was a significant difference...
