Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression of Syndecan-1,CD54 and RAB5A in gastric carcinoma and their relationship.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining(S-P method) was used to detect the expression of Syndecan-1,CD54 and RAB5A on consecutive section in 46 cases of gastric cancer,paracancer 3.0 cm,paracancer10.0 cm and 12 case of normal tissues(trauma or benign ulcer verified by pathology).Results The positive expression rate of Syndecan-1 in gastric cancer,paracancer 3.0 cm,paracancer10.0 cm and normal tissu...
