Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of Vitamin D receptor and the susceptibility of breast cancer in Yunnan women of han nationality.Methods VDR gene polymorphisms were detected using polymerase?chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)analysis,and three genotypes were identified.VDR gene polymorphisms were obtained from a Yunnan population-based case-control study including 80 sporadic breast cancer and 80 normal controls.Chi-square test and rank ...
