Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of tissue Transglutaminase(tTG)in renal tissue of patients with chronic renal diseases,so as to analyze the clinical significance of tTG.Methods Biopsy samples from 37 patients with chronic renal disease were divided into four groups according to their primary disease,including LN group(n=15),PSGN group(n=7),IgA N group(n=9)and Nephritis of anaphylactoid puerperal group(n=6).Meanwhile,control group was established with 5 normal renal tissues.Expression of tTG in renal...
