Abstract

Abstract

Objective To investigate the growth characteristics of human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 in vitro.Methods A549 cell lines were cultured,and proliferative capacity was detected by immunohistochemistry staining of Brdu marker.On 1 day,18 days,22 days after culture,cell numbers were counted,cell vitality were tested by MTT and statistically analyzed.Results Mouse anti-human p63 protein,mouse anti-human cytokeratin 7,mouse anti-human thyroid transcription factor were positive staining by immunohistochem...
