Abstract

Abstract

Objective To compare cell viability between Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma cell lines xwlc-05 and cell lines A549 in vitro.Methods Xuanwei Lung adenocarcinoma cell lines xwlc-05 and cell lines A549 were cultured and morphological changes were observed.The number of adenocarcinoma cells and the cell viability were tested and statistically analyzed at 3 time points after culturing for 1 day,3 days and 5 days.Results The number of lung adenocarcinoma cell lines xwlc-05 and A549 gradually increased on 1 day,3 days...
