Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of whole course nursing in emergency treatment of patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction（STEMI）. Methods 140 patients with STEMI were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing method， and the observation group was given the whole process optimization nursing. The rescue success rate，first aid time （including the assessment time，the establishment time of the venous path， ECG time，total first aid time）and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared with the control group， the success rate was significantly improved， the first aid time was significantly shortened， and the patients' satisfaction was higher in the observation group. The differences were statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The whole process of optimizing nursing can shorten the emergency time，increase the success rate， improve the patients' satisfaction，which is worthy of clinical promotion.
