Abstract

Abstract

Obje ctive To compare the clinical efficacy of iodine 131I and antithyroid drugs in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Me thods Fifty-two patients with hyperthyroidism were enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received thyroid drug treatment.The observation group was treated with iodine 131I.The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score and serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-17 and TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups.Re s ults The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) .The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group before and after treatment ( P<0.05) .The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-17 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclus ion The effect of iodine 131 on hyperthyroidism can improve the serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-17 and TNF-α of patients, and improve the therapeutic effect.
