Abstract

Abstract

Objective To explore the hydrolysis reaction and pharmacological effects of gastrodin derivatives.Methods (2 R, 3 R, 4 S, 5 R, 6 S) -2- (acetoxymethyl) -6- (4-formylphenoxy) tetrahydro-2 H-pyran-3, 4, 5-triyl triacetate was reducted by acid hydrolysis catalysis or basic hydrolysis catalysis.Methods of mouse hot plate tests were used to study the effects of analgesia and sedation.Results One derivative was obtained and had the effects of analgesia and sedation.Conclusion The synthetic process is simple and easy to operate.It ensures the supply of raw materials for the quality control of gastrodin and the study on pharmacological effects and druggability of its derivatives.
