Abstract

Objective To study the changes of CD45RO+ and CD45RA+T lymphocytess in peripheral blood in children with infectious mononucleosis.Method The expression of CD45RO+ and CD45RA+T lymphocytess in peripheral blood of children patients and controls was detected by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the control,the expression of CD4+CD45RO+ T lymphocytess in children with infectious mononucleosis in acute stage obviously increased(P<0.05),but the expression of CD4+CD45RA+ T lymphocytes was lower(P<0.05).The expr...
