Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of ulinastatin(UST)combined with Xuebijing on acute pancreatitis(AP)complicated with acute lung injury(ALI).Methods We collected 120 patients with APALI and divided them into four groups:UST + Xuebijing therapy group,UST therapy group,Xuebijing therapy group and control group.30 patients in control group were treated with the conventional treatment,and 30 patients in UST therapy group were treated with the conventional treatments and UST,and 30 patients in Xuebijin...
