Abstract

Abstract

Overactive bladder （OAB） is a common condition in women. Current guidelines recommend the use of urodynamics （UDS） only in complex cases, but recent studies have shown that UDS plays a key role in the diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic OAB in female patients . This article reviews the progress of urodynamic testing in the management of women with OAB.
