Abstract

Objective To investigate the characteristics of changes of ambulatory blood pressure and heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with chronic kidney disease with hypertension(HCKD).Methods 56 patients with HCKD,44 patients with essential hypertension(EH)and 43 normal subjects were selected randomly,and their ambulatory blood pressure and dynamic electrocardiogram were simultaneously monitored to compare and analyze their ambulatory blood pressure parameter and the varied characteristics of HRV.Results Compar...
