Abstract

Abstract

Objective To screen antitumor activity of the extracts from Panax Notoginseng in vitro and analyze components of the extracts.Methods The modified MTT method was chosen to study the extracts' anticancer activity on four kinds of human cancer cells in vitro.The chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area.Results The half inhibitory concentration(IC50)value of the Panax Notoginseng ...
