Abstract
Objective To establish the traumatic brain injury(TBI)model in canis,and monitor the variations of topical biochemical substances by intracranial microdialysis.Methods Nine healthy adult male mongrel canines were randonmized into three groups:mild TBI group(n=3),severe TBI group(n=3),and control group(n=3).The model was established by the method of free falling body extradural hitting.The extracellular fluid(ECF)was collected by using the intracranial microdialysis.Then the content variations of Glucose,Lac...
