Abstract

Abstract

Objective To explore the inducing effects of RA on the apotosis of primary cultured craniopharyngiomic cells.Methods Caniopharyngiomic cells were pimary cultured from fresh surgical samples,and then were treated with 20 mol RA for east 24 hours.Then these cells were collected for apoptotic tests which included Annexin V,DAPI staining and DNA ladder.Results RA treated primary cells presented higher level of Annexin V than untreated cells.Meanwhile DAPI staining indicated RA incubation leaded to pyknosis and ...
