Abstract

Objective To explore the application of absorbable internal fixation materials SR-P(L/DL)LA(70/30)in the jaw fractures.Method From July 2008 to August 2010,19 patients with maxillofacial fractures patients were treated by using absorbable internal fixation materials for fixation.Results Most cases of facial fracture gained satisfactory effects.All the incisions closed up in stage I.Ideal occlusion and stable fixed were gained in most patients,except for one plate fixed in mandibular body appeared disjunctio...
