Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of isosorbide mononitrate and levamlodipine on hypertension accompanied by coronary heart disease.Methods 30 patients with hypertension accompanied by coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and therapy group,15 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received 2.5 mg/d of levamlodipine,and patients in therapy group were also given 60 mg/d of isosorbide mononitrate,the treatment for both groups lasted for 24 weeks...
