The Optimum Conditions for Extration of Flavonoids and Polyphenols from Propolis

  • [Abstract]Objective To study the optimum conditions for ectraction of flavonoids and poly phenols from propolis.Method We studied the optimum conditions and the significance of the influencing factors for the extraction of flavonoids and polyphenols from Propolis with merceration,water bath and ultrasonic wave by using orthoganol design.Results  The optimal processing parameters of ultrasonic method extracting flavonoids were as following:the concentration of ethanol was 80%,extracting time was 30 min,material liquid ratio was 1:16.Optimal processing parameters of ultrasonic method extracting polyphenols were as following: the concentration of ethano was 90%,extracting time was 15 min,material liquid ratio was 1:16.Conclusion ultrasonic method is the best in the three extraction methods.
