Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and find its bioactive compounds. Methods The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis（1H NMR，13CNMR and EIMS）．Results　Seven compouds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol（1），stigmasterol（2），6，7-dimethoxy coumarin（3），6-methoxy -7- hydroxy coumarin（4），dibutyl phthalate（5），naringenin（6），daucosterol（7）．Conclusion　All compounds were isolated from the flowers for the first time.
