Abstract

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective　To study the expression characteristics of miR-10b and its precursor and Dicer in breast cancer．Method　We selected 35 patients with breast cancer and collected their cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues，then used TRIzol to extract total RNA and real-time quantitative PCR to detect the relative gene expression levels. Results The relative expression levels of miR-10b and Dicer in cancer tissue were significantly lower than in adjacent normal tissue（P＜0.05）. There was a significant correlation between the expression of Dicer and C-erbB-2 （r＝0.60，P＜0.05）and a significant negative correlation between the expression of miR-10b gene and C-erbB-2（rs＝-0.42 ，P＜0.05）. Conclusion　The expression levels of miR-10b and Dicer are low in breast cancer tissues， and may contribute to the inhibition of the development of breast cancer.
