The Clinical Analysis of Three Kinds of Treatment Regimens for 300 Cases of Bacterial Vaginal Disease

  • [Abstract]Objective To study clinical efficacy of tinidazole alone and tinidazole combined with live- lactobacillus-bacteria capsule for bacterial vaginal disease according to the different methods.Methods 300 cases of bacterial vaginal disease were divided into three groups,group A:tinidazole was used alone into the vagina deep, one tablet each time,once every night for 7 days for a period of treatment;group B : tinidazole was used alone one tablet each time,once every night for 7 days ,after that live-lactobacillus bacteria capsule was used every night, one tablet each time for 10 days,continuous17 days for a period of treatment;Group C:tinidazole and live-lactobacillus bacteria capsule was used alternately on the morning and evening of the same day,10 days for a period of treatment.Then analysis of three kinds of clinical efficacy of treatment and relapse rate.Results We analyzed the laboratory and clinical indicators of three groups of cases after treatment 1 week,1 month,3 months ,and found that long curative effect in group B and C group was superior to group A. Three groups of treatment after 3 months,the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the difference between group C and group A was statistically significant (P < 0.05);Group B and group C had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion The antibacterial drug combined with probiotics that make lactobacillus predominates at the same time, can restore vaginal flora balance, fundamentally prevent bacterial vaginal disease recurrence, is the key in treatment of the disease.
