Study of the Status and Influencing Factors of Autonomous Learning in a Certain Medical University Students

［Abstract］Objective　To understand the status of autonomous learning and find out the influencing factors of our university students，to provide some scientific basis to develop the autonomous learning theory. Methods　We collected the data by stratified cluster sampling between 2010 and 2011 grade of certain Medical University students in 5 majors. And the binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results（1）79.5% in 519 students has carried out autonomous learning，but 70.42% of students thought autonomous learning not a good learning method. （2）Just 44.3% students indicated that they had got the effective guidance about autonomous learning from teacher. （3）Students who with learning plan were more likely（1.981 times）to carry out autonomous learning than who without learning plan. Conclusion Making a reasonable study plan can guide students to study independently.
