The Expression Characteristics of MDM2，PCNA，NOXA and PUMA in Breast Cancer

    Abstract
  • ［Abstract］Objective To study the expression characteristics of PCNA， NOXA， PUMA and MDM2 in breast cancer. Methods The cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were collected from 35 patients with breast cancer. The total RNA was extracted using TRIzol and the expression levels of MDM2， PCNA， NOXA and PUMA were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results NOXA and PUMA levels in cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissue（P < 0.05）. There were significant positive correlations between the expressions of PCNA and NOXA （r＝0.82， P < 0.01）， PCNA and MDM2 （r＝0.80， P < 0.01）， and PUMA and MDM2（r＝0.82，P < 0.01）in adjacent normal tissue. Conclusion The levels of NOXA and PUMA were high expression in cancer tissue， and the expressions of all 4 genes showed relations with breast cancer.
