Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Clinical Efficacy and Complications of Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome

Abstract

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical efficacy and complications of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods 74 patients with nephrotic syndrome in affiliated hospital of Panzhihua University from February 2012 to June 2015 were equally divided into observation group and control group，37 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention， while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention， including psychological care， life care， medication guidance，prevention of complications and nursing discharge guidance. Clinical efficacy and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The remission rate of the observation group was 94.6%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group（75.7），with a statistically significant difference（P < 0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 8.1%， which was significantly lower than that of the control group（27.0%）， with a statistically significant difference（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can increase the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications to improve the prognosis of patients. It is worth promoting in clinic.
