Abstract

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effects of continuing nursing based on structure-process-results 3d quality evaluation model in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods We selected 168 perioperative patients who underwent CABG from August 2018 to December 2019 as the research object, and used the random number table method to divide them into two groups, each group of 84 cases. The control group was given regular continue nursing, the intervention group was given continuing nursing based on structure-process-results 3d quality evaluation model. After intervention, the“Chinese cardiovascular patients quality of life assessment questionnaire”（CCQQ）score, medication compliance score and the incidence of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events （MACCE）were compared between the two groups. Results The CCQQ score, medication compliance score and the incidence of MACCE were higher in the intervention group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Donabedian structure-process-results continuous nursing constructed with three-dimensional quality evaluation model is helpful to improve the self-management efficacy and quality of life of patients after CABG, and is an effective way to improve the quality of continuous nursing.
