The Application and Research of Functional Near-infrared Spectroscopy in Epilepsy

  • 摘要: 功能近红外光谱学(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)被广泛应用于神经病学的研究,癫痫是其中之一。通过联合脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)监测,能够完整的监测到痫性发作过程,有助于进一步研究癫痫的病理生理机制。此外,fNIRS还能够辅助癫痫灶定位、语言侧化中枢评估,为癫痫的临床诊疗提供帮助。本文就fNIRS在癫痫中的应用及研究进展进行回顾,以期对后续的研究提供参考。
