Effect of AK4 on Proliferation and Migration of Intrahepatic Bile Duct Carcinoma Cell HUCCT1

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the effects of AK4 on the proliferation and migration of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma cells HUCCT1.   Methods  Small interfering RNA (siRNA) technology was used to target the silencing of AK4 expression in HUCCT1 of intrahepatic bile duct cancer cells. Western blot was used to detect the transfection efficiency of siRNA and screen siRNA-AK4. The proliferation and migration ability of the bile duct cancer cells were detected by EdU assay and cell scar assay.   Results  EdU experiment showed that cell proliferation decreased after AK4 silencing (P < 0.05), the cell migration ability was decreased after AK4 silencing (P < 0.01).   Conclusion  AK4 can enhance the proliferation and migration of HUCCT1 in intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma cells.
Expression and Clinical Significance of Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factors 5A2 and Ki67 in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

Abstract:
  Objective  To analyze the clinical significance and correlation of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5A2 (EIF5A2) and Ki67 expression in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissues.   Methods  Paraffin sections were collected from 118 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of The Seventh People's Hospital of Chengdu and the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2014 to December 2021. Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expressions of EIF5A2 and Ki67, and clinicopathological data were collected. The positive expression of EIF5A2, Ki67 and different pathological features were analyzed.   Results  EIF5A2 was positively expressed in 60 cases (50.85%) and Ki67 was positively expressed in 81 cases (68.64%). EIF5A2 expression was not related to age, sex, tumor diameter and tumor number (P > 0.05), but related to TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis (P < 0.05). The expression of Ki67 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissues was not correlated with age, sex and tumor number (P > 0.05), but with TNM stage, lymphatic metastasis and tumor diameter (P < 0.05). EIF5A2 was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 (R = 0.285, P = 0.002).   Conclusion  The expression of EIF5A2 and KI-67 in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is positively correlated with high TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis, which is helpful to predict the clinical stage and prognosis of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.

Abstract:
  Objective  To study the role and mechanism of CASR, VDR, PTH1R and other genes in the occurrence of calcium-containing kidney stones.   Methods  The renal medulla of patients with renal calculi was selected as the experimental group, and the normal renal medulla of patients with renal tumors was selected as the control group. The mRNA expression and protein level of CASR, VDR and PTH1R in renal solid tissue were detected by q-PCR, WB and immunofluorescence, respectively.   Results  There was no significant difference in the expression levels of CASR and PTH1R gene mRNA in the hydronephrotic medulla and the normal medulla of renal tumor (P > 0.05). The difference of VDR gene mRNA expression in hydronephrotic medulla and normal medulla of renal tumor was statistically significant (P < 0.05).  Conclusion  CASR, VDR, and PTH1R are involved in the occurrence of calcium-containing kidney stones, and may participate in the mechanism of calcium-containing kidney stones through the CASR/VDR/PTH1R signaling pathway.
Effects of Different Penetration Enhancers on in vitro Transdermal Permeation of Bagui Zhitong Cream

Abstract:
  Objective  To study the best preparation method of Bagui Zhitong cream, to determine the best matrix formulation, and to investigate the effect of different Penetration Enhancers on in vitro Transdermal Permeation of Bagui Zhitong Cream.   Methods  We prepared Bagui Zhitong Cream with different concentrations of penetration enhancer of azone. Modified Franz diffusion cell was adopted using mouse skin of isolated male rat as transdermal barrier. The content of Cinnamaldehyde was determined by UPLC. The accumulative transdermal amount (Q)and percutaneous permeability (J)were calculated and compared between different concentrations of BaGui Zhitong cream to select the best concentration of Penetration Enhancers.   Results   Different concentrations of azone promoted Cinnamaldehyde in vitro permeation in different degrees, the order of promoting infiltration was as follows: 5% azone > 3% azone > 7% azone > 1% azone > 10% azone. Through the multiple comparison, the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05).   Conclusion  In Bagui Zhitong cream containing 1% azone, 3% azone, 5% azone, 7% azone and 10% azone, 5% azone as penetration enhancer has the best effect in Bagui Zhitong Cream.

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the differential gene expression and function of peripheral blood monocytes in patients with coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction.   Methods  Patients receiving coronary angiography in Kunming First People’s Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were collected and total RNA of peripheral blood monocytes was extracted. DNBSEQ platform was used for second-generation high-throughput sequencing. We tested and screened differentially expressed genes, and made KEGG and GO enrichment analysis.   Results  There were 89 differentially expressed genes, 67 up-regulated genes and 22 down-regulated genes in acute myocardial infarction group compared with normal coronary artery group. Among them, there were 14 differential lncRNAs, 72 differential mRNAs, and 3 differential circRNAs. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, KEGG disease enrichment analysis and KEGG molecular enrichment analysis were completed. GO cell composition enrichment analysis, GO cell function enrichment analysis and GO biological process molecular enrichment analysis were completed.   Conclusions  10 mRNAs, 6 lncRNAs, and 2 circRNAs with significant differences were screened. The enrichment analysis involves infection, transcriptional disorder, PI3K Akt signaling pathway, lipid synthesis, phagocytic vesicle cavity, extracellular matrix, lipopolysaccharide binding, etc., which may be related to the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerosis and the occurrence of acute thrombotic events.
Research about Adverse Childhood Experiences and Behavior of Injection Drug Use among Border Drug Users

Abstract:
  Objective  To understand the basic features of the border drug users, and explore association between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and injecting drug use behavior among border drug users.   Methods  The cross-sectional study was conducted from January to June, 2021. 405 drug users in a border area were collected by questionnaire about general condition of drug users, adverse health behaviors, and injecting drug use behaviors.   Results  Those who injecting drug use behavior accounted for 12.3% among target population, and those who injecting drug use were most male, 39 years old above, minorities, the married, having children, with education degree of primary school and below and having professional people. The average age of heroin use was 15 years, about 10 years for methamphetamine tablets and crystals and 13 years for ecstasy. The average age of first drug use was 22-28 years, and was 22-23 years for first ATS use. ACEs of more than one event accounted for 84.0% among those who with injecting drug use behavior. Logistic regression results showed that ACEs severity, age and ethnicity possibly were the influencing factors of injecting drug use behavior among target population (P < 0.05).   Conclusion  Among the border drug users, there are many negative events in childhood, which is closely related to injecting drug use behavior in adulthood, which provides guiding evidence for drug treatment practice and early intervention.
Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor on the Repairing Effect of Sensitive Skin in High Altitude Areas in Yunnan Province

Abstract:
  Objective  To observe the repairing effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (EGF) on sensitive skin in high altitude area of Yunnan province.   Methods  This study retrospectively analyzed 100 cases of sensitive skin female patients aged 20 to 60 years old from Yunnan in our institution from March 2021 to September 2021, accompanied by redness, itching, red blood streaks, stains, enlarged pores and other symptoms. The subjects were divided into control group (n = 25), experiment group 1 (n = 25), experiment group 2 (n = 25), experiment group 3 (n = 25). All the 4 groups were injected 14mg/ml non-crosslinked sodium hyaluronate 2ml into the dermis of the whole face with DermaShine model 1 generation electronic injection, once every 30 days for 5 consecutive times, experimental group 1 was injected with 10000 units of EGF solution each time, experimental group 2 was injected with 5000 units of EGF solution each time, experimental group 3 was injected with 2500 solution units of EGF each time. VISIA skin analysis apparatus was used for data analysis before and after injection, and patients' skin sensitivity self-assessment data, doctor's objective score data and VISIA red zone feature count data were recorded before injection, after 1 injection, 2 injections, 3 injections, 4 injections and 5 injections respectively. All data were collected for statistical analysis. The improvement of skin texture, color and pore was compared before and after injection .  Results  Data analysis results showed that, 1. The repairing effect of sensitive skin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). 2. The self-assessment of skin sensitivity and the objective score of doctors in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). 3. The repair effect rate of experimental group 1 was significantly higher than that in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 (P < 0.05). 4. The experimental group improved the skin spots, wrinkles and pores.   Conclusion  EGF can effectively repair sensitive skin in high altitude area of Yunnan province, and provide a new clinical idea for skin treatment in Yunnan province.

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Fecal Bacteria Transplantation by Different Ways on Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract:
  Objective   To evaluate the efficacy and safety of upper and lower alimentary canal fecal bacteria transplantation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, in order to guide clinical practice.   Methods   A total of 74 patients with mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, including 2 cases of mid-course loss, 35 cases in the upper gastrointestinal tract pathway group and 37 cases in the lower gastrointestinal tract pathway group. Patients were evaluated with a modified Mayo Score.   Results   Mayo score of UC patients in both groups decreased after FMT treatment (P < 0.05), and colonoscopy showed that mucosal inflammation, such as hyperemia, edema, erosion and ulcer, was improved compared with before treatment. There was no significant difference in Mayo Risk score between 2 groups before and after treatment ( P > 0.05).   Conclusion   Fecal bacteria transplantation has a certain effect on the treatment of UC, and is safe and reliable. Fecal bacteria transplantation through upper gastrointestinal tract is as effective as that through lower gastrointestinal tract in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
Effects of Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty Plus Open Operation in Hemodialysis Patients with Type I and II Upper Limb Arteriovenous Fistula Stenosis

Abstract:
  Objective  To discuss the effects of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) plus open operation in hemodialysis patients with type I and II upper limb arteriovenous fistula (AVF) stenosis.   Methods  Ninty hemodialysis patients who had type I and II AVF stenosis were randomly divided into three groups, 30 cases in each group, group A received the ultrasound-guided PTA, group B received the DSA (digital subtraction angiography)-guided PTA, group C received the PTA and open operation. The successful operation rate, blood vessel diameter, brachial artery blood flow and postoperative complications were compared.   Results  The successful operation rate in group C was significantly higher than group A and group B (P < 0.05), and the postoperative complication rate in group C was significantly lower than group A and group B (P < 0.05). Before surgery, the blood vessel diameter and brachial artery blood flow among groups showed no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05), after surgery and after one week of surgery, the blood vessel diameter and brachial artery blood flow values in group C were significantly higher than group A and group B (P < 0.05), after 6m and 12m of surgery, AVF patency rate in group C was significantly higher than group A and group B.   Conclusions  PTA combined with open operation is proven to be effective, which can recover the arteriovenous fistula function, guarantee the effective hemodialysis, and reduce the clinical trauma and complications. The easy method shall be primarily recommended for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis.
Clinical Effects on Sternoclavicular Joint Dislocation with Bridge-link Combined Fixation System

Abstract:
  Objective   To observe the clinical effect of Bridge-link Combined Fixation System (BCFS) in the treatment of Sternoclavicular dislocations (SCD) .   Methods   From October 2016 to September 2021, 29 patients with acute closed SCD were treated with BCFS, in which 27 cases were anterior dislocation, and 2 were posterior dislocation with no vascular and nerve injuries. All patients were treated with BCFS for open reduction and internal fixation. Rockwood score was used to evaluate the curative effects.   Results   The operation time was 39-62 min (mean, 41 min/per operation), intraoperative blood loss was 22-46 ml (mean, 29 ml/per operation). All patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months. The BCFS was removed in 6-18 months postoperation for all of cases, in which simple SCD were removed BCFS 6 months, and SCD combined with fractures removed 12-18 months postoperation. According to Rockwood score, 25 cases were shown to be excellent and 4 cases good, and there was no significant difference in Rockwood scores compared with the results of similar clinical studies (T-shaped locking plate for the treatment of SCD ) (P>0.05). All fractures healed without wound infection, internal fixation breakage and vascular, nerve, or pleural injuries and other complications.   Conclusion   BCFS is a good treatment option for SCD with short operation times and small damages, which can be used as one of the internal fixation methods for SCD .
The Relationship between Maxillary Midline Diastema and Maxillary Labial Frenum

Abstract:
  Objective  To find out the relationship between maxillary midline diastema and maxillary labial frenum, develop an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan for patients with aesthetic demands in the clinic.   Methods  106 qualified volunteers were recruited from September 2021 to December 2021. The volunteers were divided into two groups: 50 in the control group and 56 in the study group (with maxillary median space). The size of maxillary midline diastema was measured. The study group was divided into two groups: 0.5~2 mm group and > 2 mm group; The type of maxillary labial frenum and gingival biotype were evaluated respectively.   Results  48% of the 50 volunteers in the control group were mucosal type and 52% were gingival type. In the study group, the mucosal, gingival, and papillary type in the 0.5~2 mm group (36 volunteers) were 33.3%, 47.2% and 19.5% respectively, and there was no papillary penetrating type; in the > 2 mm group (20 volunteers), the mucosal, gingival, papillary and papillary penetrating type were 10%, 10%, 15% and 65% respectively, Chi square test showed that there was significant difference between the attachment type of Maxillary labial frenum and the gap width (χ2 = 77.176, P < 0.001), that is, the distribution of the attachment type among the three gap widths was different. In the control group, 50% of the gingival biotypes were thin gingival type and 50% were thick gingival type. In the study group, 28.6% of the gingival biotypes were thin gingival type and 71.4% were thick gingival type. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 5.114, P = 0.024).   Conclusions  The attachment type of maxillary labial frenum is related to the midline diastema. The attachment position of maxillary labial frenum in patients with maxillary midline diastema is closer to the gingival margin than those without diastema. The maxillary midline diastema > 2 mm is significantly related to papilla penetrating attachment. The gingival biological type is mainly thick gingival type.
Analgesia of Ultrasound-guided Single-dose Adductor Canal Block with Dexmedetomidine Combined with Ropivacaine after Patella Fracture Surgery in Adults

Abstract:
  Objective  To compare the analgesic effect between ultrasound-guided single-dose adductor canal block with dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine and continuous femoral nerve block with ropivacaine after patella fracture surgery.   Methods  31 patients with patella fractures who underwent elective general anesthesia, with age ranging from 21 to 69, BMI ≤ 35 kg/m2, ASA grading Ⅰ~Ⅲ, were randomly divided into two groups. Single-dose adductor canal block group who received 100 μg dexmedetomidine combined with 0.25% ropivacaine 50 mg (A group, n = 21), and continuous femoral nerve block group who received 0.25% ropivacaine 250 mg (F group, n = 10). The scores regarding analgesia, sedation, and muscle strength at 6, 8, 12, 24, 36 and 48 h after surgery were observed and compared between the two groups and the additional postoperative analgesia and adverse reactions were recorded.   Results  The analgesic effect, postoperative scores based on sedation and muscle strength were not statistically different between the two groups at various points during the observation period (P > 0.05).  Conclusion  Single-dose adductor canal block with dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine can provide good analgesia after patella fracture surgery.
Evaluation of Drug Utilization in the Infected Patients with ESBLs Produced by Enterobacteriaceaein

Abstract:
  Objective  To evaluate the rationality of antibiotics utilization in the infected patients with ESBLs produced by Enterobacteriaceaein one hospital.   Methods  The methods of drug utilization review(DUR) and drug utilization evaluation(DUE) were used to analyze the drug utilization, drug use index(DUI) , selection of antibacterials, medicine regimen and therapeutic outcome in 135 patients with ESBLs produced by Enterobacteriaceaein in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2017.   Results  The DUR method involved 16 kinds of antibiotics. Among them, 8 kinds were with DUI below 1, 5 kinds with DUI equal to 1, and 3 kinds with DUI above 1.The drugs with top five DDDs were cefmenoxime, cefoperazone sulbactam, levofloxacin and ceftriaxone. 100%; yet monitoring of PCT, liver function and adverse drug reactions had lower qualified rate. DUE criteria showed that qualified rate adverse drug reactions was 100%; yet the right antibiotics were selected for mild and moderate infection that it produced ESBLs risk factors(28.87%), and the de-escalation treatmen was right(30%).   Conclusions  A more comprehensive evaluation of drug utilization in patients with ESBLs produced by Enterobacteriaceaein can be achieved using DUR combined with DUE methods. The layering use of antibiotics and rational selection medicine regimen for the patients within the infected patients with ESBLs produced by Enterobacteriaceaein in the hospital still needs to be strengthened.
Value of Different Sections of Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Fetal Congenital Vascular Ring

Abstract:
  Objective   To analyze the diagnostic value of different sections of echocardiography in fetal congenital vascular ring (CVR).   Methods   The echocardiography data and follow-up results of 60 cases of CVR diagnosed in Yunnan University Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The three vessel trachea section (3VT), the descending arch coronal section and the three vessel pulmonary artery branch section were observed. The ultrasonographic characteristics of CVR in 3VT, coronal section of descending arch and three-vessel pulmonary artery branch were summarized. The diagnosis of CVR in 3VT, 3VT + descending arch coronal section, 3VT + descending arch coronal section + three-vessel pulmonary artery branch section was compared.   Results   Among 60 cases of CVR diagnosed by echocardiography, 59 cases were confirmed to be CVR (accuracy rate 98.3%), and 1 case was misdiagnosed (misdiagnosis rate 1.7%), which was confirmed by pathological autopsy after labor induction, postpartum echocardiography, CT or MRI follow-up. The diagnostic rate of 3VT + descending arch coronal section + three-vessel pulmonary artery branch section was higher than that of 3VT and 3VT + descending arch coronal section (P < 0.05), and the diagnostic rate of 3VT + descending arch coronal section was higher than that of 3VT ( P < 0.05).   Conclusion   3VT + coronal section of descending arch + three-vessel section of pulmonary artery branch is an important section for the diagnosis of fetal CVR, with high diagnostic accuracy and important clinical application value.
Clinical Data Analysis of 101 Cases of Very Preterm Infants

Abstract:
  Objective   To investigate the birth status, serious complications, outcome and follow-up of very premature infants, and to analyze the influencing factors.   Methods   The clinical data of very preterm infants hospitalized in our department from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 were retrospectively collected. We compared and analyzed the difference of their birth status, perinatal status, treatment and outcome, and compared the physical development of infants who were followed up at 40 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after discharge.   Results   A total of 101 premature infants were investigated. The gestational age was 22+5-31+6 weeks and the average was 29+6 weeks. The birth weight was 440-2100 g, and the average was 1348.21 g. All cases were grouped according to gestational age. All cases were grouped according to gestational age. The number of patients less than 28 weeks was the least, accounting for 10.89%, and the number of patients 30 -30+6 weeks and 31-31+6 weeks were the most, accounting for 27.72% respectively. The older the gestational age, the greater the birth weight, the higher the cesarean section rate, and the higher the Apgar score at 1 minute and 5 minutes. The perinatal related factors in each group were statistically different only in the presence of premature rupture of membranes. In terms of treatment measures, there were significant differences in invasive ventilation time and parenteral nutrition time. In terms of complications, there was significant difference in the incidence of moderate and severe BPD. There were significant differences in hospital stay, improvement rate and abandonment rate among the groups. Among the 75 discharged children who participated in the follow-up of physical development, the average head circumference, average length and average weight of infants of all ages exceeded the P10 percentile, and there was no significant difference between male and female infants.   Conclusion   The younger the gestational age, the longer the need for invasive ventilation and parenteral nutrition, the more prone to premature delivery related complications such as moderate and severe BPD, and the survival rate is also more likely to be affected.

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the value of MTHFR C677T combined with CYP2C19 gene detection in patients after paclitaxel releasing coronary balloon catheter.   Methods   300 patients who underwent paclitaxel releasing coronary balloon catheterization were randomly divided into two groups: first group was the control group, which was treated according to the routine medication scheme; second group was the experimental group. The patients were tested for MTHFR C677T and CYP2C19 genes, and targeted drug intervention was carried out according to the gene test results. Mace events (including cardiac death, myocardial infarction, heart failure, readmission for cardiac reasons, target vessel revascularization), important organ complications (including cerebral infarction, intracerebral hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, urinary bleeding, fundus hemorrhage and epistaxis) and adverse drug reactions occurred within 360 days of follow-up (including liver and kidney function injury, gastrointestinal symptoms, rash, decreased platelet or hemoglobin) were recorded.   Results   (1) The incidence of mace events and important organ complications 360 days after operation in the test group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05).  Conclusions  (1) MTHFR C677T and CYP2C19 gene detection in patients after paclitaxel releasing coronary balloon catheter can significantly improve the clinical efficacy. (2) After the detection of MTHFR C677T and CYP2C19 genes in patients after paclitaxel releasing coronary balloon catheter, the medication did not increase the adverse drug reactions.
Differences of Adverse Events and Survival Rates of Patients with Premature Coronary Artery Disease after PCI in Different Age Groups

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the adverse events and survival rates differences of patients with premature coronary artery disease after PCI in different age groups.   Methods  The general and clinical data, incidence of adverse events and survival rates of 861 patients diagnosed with premature coronary artery disease from Jan 2015 to Jan 2017 in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University were obtained. We categorized the participants into three age groups (18~40 years, 41~50 years and ≥51 years ) according to their age.   Results  Compared with the ≥51 years group, the proportion of smoking, drinking were higher in the 18~40 years group and 41~49 years group, and the proportion of diabetes, hypertension were lower in the 18~40 years group and 41~49 years group. There were no statistically differences in the effectivity end points and safety end points among the three age groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant statistical difference in 5-year survival after PCI among the three groups (P > 0.05).  Conclusion  There is no statistical difference of the 5-year incidence of adverse events and survival rate in different age groups with premature coronary artery disease after PCI, and we should pay more attention to the young population once they are diagnosed with premature coronary arteryt disease.
Role of Postural Reduction and Rehabilitation Guidance in the Treatment of Vertebral Osteoporotic Fractures by Vertebroplasty

Abstract:
  Objectives  To analyze the role of rehabilitation guidance combined position reduction in kyphoplasty for osteoporotic vertebral fractures.   Methods   A total of 68 patients with vertebral osteoporotic fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to May 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: combined group (n = 34, rehabilitation guidance combined position reduction and kyphoplasty) and conventional group (n = 34, position reduction and kyphoplasty). The anterior and posterior vertebral height, local Cobb Angle near the sagittal plane of the vertebral body, visual analogue pain (VAS) score and related complications were analyzed before and after surgery at 3 d, 3 months, 0.5 and 1 year.   Results  The height of anterior vertebral margin after surgery was higher than that before surgery (P < 0.05), and the height of anterior vertebral margin after 12 months in combined group was higher than that in conventional group (P < 0.05). The height of posterior margin of vertebral body after operation was higher than that before operation (P < 0.05), and there was no difference between groups (P > 0.05). The local Cobb Angle of vertebral body near sagittal plane after operation was lower than that before operation (P < 0.05), and there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The preoperative VAS score was higher than that of the postoperative group (P < 0.05), the VAS score of the conventional group was higher than that of the combined group at 3, 3 and 0.5 months after surgery (P < 0.05), and there was no difference among groups in THE VAS score at 1 year after surgery (P > 0.05). The complication rate of combined group (8.82%) was lower than that of conventional group (17.65%) (P < 0.05).   Conclusions  In the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic fracture, scientific and adequate rehabilitation guidance can effectively relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.

Abstract:
  Objective  To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of chronic heart failure patients on the basis of basic disease treatment and standardized drug treatment combined with exercise rehabilitation.   Methods  A total of 110 CHF patients admitted to a hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group (56 cases) and rehabilitation group (54 cases). The control group was given standardized treatment, and the rehabilitation group was given combined exercise rehabilitation treatment on this basis. In both groups, the following indicators were collected at the time of enrollment and three months after treatment: AT VO2/ VO2max, Peak VO2/kg, Peak VO2/ VO2max, VE/VCO2; LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD; NT - ProBNP numerical; Quality of life, anxiety and depression scores; Readmission rates.   Results  After intervention, the value of VO2/ VO2 Max, Peak VO2/kg, Peak VO2/ VO2 Max and LVEF in the rehabilitation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The VE/VCO2 value, NT-probNP value, re-hospitalization rate, quality of life, anxiety and depression score in the rehabilitation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in LVEDD, LVESD between the two groups.   Conclusion  Cardiac exercise rehabilitation can not only improve the cardiopulmonary function index, cardiac pumping function, blood biochemical index, anxiety, depression mood, improve the quality of life, happiness index, but also reduce the rate of re-hospitalization of CHF patients.

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the feasibility of ultrasonic measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) in the treatment of dehydration of intracranial hypertension (ICH) in patients undergoing glioma surgery.   Methods   A total of 40 patients with cranial hypertension who underwent elective frontal glioma resection were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 20). After 10 minutes of endotracheal intubation, Group M was given 20% mannitol 0.5 g/kg intravenously within 15 minute; Group C was given the same amount of normal saline intravenously within 15 minutes. ONSD values of both eyes were measured before anesthesia induction (T0), immediately after endotracheal intubation (T1), at the beginning of drug infusion (T2), 30 min after drug infusion (T3), immediately after surgery (T4), and 24 h after surgery (T5). The levels of VEGF-A, MMP-9 and ET-1 in serum at each time were detected. Cerebral relaxation score (BRS) was recorded when the dura was opened.   Results   At T3, T4 and T5, the ONSD value and serum concentrations of VEGF-A, MMP-9 and ET-1 in group M were significantly lower than those in group C (P < 0.05). BRS score in M group was significantly lower than that in C group (P < 0.05).   Conclusion  For glioma patients with intracranial hypertension before operation, dehydration treatment in advance under the guidance of optic nerve sheath diameter can effectively reduce cerebral edema.

Abstract:
  Objective  To observe and explore the application methods and effects of Internet information technology in the triage prevention and control of pediatric infectious diseases.   Methods  We randomly selected 500 patients of infectious diseases from June 2020 to December 2020, using the traditional pre-examination and triage method, 500 patients with intestinal infectious diseases from June to December 2021, and adopted the intelligent pre-examination and triage system with Internet technology. The accuracy of pre-examination and triage of pediatric intestinal infectious diseases, frequency of contact between patients and medical staff, incidence of occupational exposure of medical staff, and satisfaction evaluation of patients’ families were compared.   Results  The accuracy of pre-examination and triage of enteric infectious diseases in children was better than the control group (P < 0.001), and the patient family satisfaction in the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). The frequency of contact between patients and medical staff in the experimental group decreased compared with that of the control group, and no occupational exposure of medical staff occurred. Patients could obtain timely and effectively the knowledge of health education after medical treatment.   Conclusion  The application of the intelligent pre-examination and triage system based on the Internet technology can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the pre-examination and triage of pediatric infectious diseases, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, make the safety of patients and medical staff effectively guaranteed, and have a good guiding significance for the prevention and control of pediatric infectious diseases.

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the clinical effect of gynecological RF combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on uterine prolapse.   Methods  A total of 150 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation, and the degree of uterine prolapse and pelvic floor muscle function before and after treatment were evaluated.   Results  The mean degree of uterine prolapse in the observation group and control group was higher than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the mean degree was higher than in the control group (P < 0.05), which was higher than before treatment (P < 0.05), and higher than in the control group (P < 0.05).   Conclusion   The treatment of uterine prolapse combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation is better than the conventional biofeedback electrical stimulation.
Status of the Readiness for Hospital Discharge and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract:
  Objective  To investigate the status and influencing factors of discharge readiness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and to provide scientific basis for improving discharge readiness services for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and developing targeted intervention measures.   Methods  A total of 245 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were investigated by general data questionnaire, Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale, Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale, Social Support Rating Scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire.   Results  The total score of discharge readiness of rheumatoid arthritis patients was (93.31±14.11) and the average score was (7.78±1.18) , which were in the middle level. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that guiding skills and effect, actual acquisition content, submission coping style, convenience of taking medicine after discharge, type of complications, current residence, objective support and pain were the main influencing factors for the discharge readiness of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (P < 0.05) .  Conclusions  The discharge readiness of rheumatoid arthritis patients is at a moderate level and is affected by a variety of factors. Nurses should pay attention to the influence of various factors on patients with rheumatoid arthritis and carry out targeted intervention according to the specific situation to improve the clinical outcome of patients with rheumatoid arthritis after discharge.

Pathogen Distribution and Antimicrobial Susceptibility of Bacterial Bloodstream Infection in AIDS Patients

Abstract:
  Objective  To explore the prevalence of bacterial bloodstream infection in AIDS patients, and to learn the pathogen species drug resistance among AIDS patients .   Methods  We retrospectively collected the data of AIDS patients with bacteria isolated from blood culture in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center from 2015 to 2020. The species of pathogenic bacteria and the antibiotic resistance were analyzed, and the proportion of multiple resistance was also calculated.   Results  The positive rate of bacteria in bloodstream between 2015 and 2020 was 4.48% in AIDS patients. 128 strains (59.3%) of gram-positive bacteria were detected, 83 strains were reported to be resistant to penicillin, and the resistance rate to erythromycin was 94% and 91.4% No Linezolide, Tigecycline, Vancomycin, Quinolputin/ Dapoptine resistance were detected. The multiple drug resistance rate was 38.6%, and 39.7% of the bacteria were resistant to more than 5 classes of antibiotics. Gram-negative bacteria were detected in 88 patients (40.7%), and drug resistance was reported in 70 patients , the resistance rate to Ampicillin was 81.6%. Quinolones, Carbopenems and Cephalosperins all had high sensitivity to gram-negative bacteria. The multiple drug resistance rate was 14.4%, and 12.8% of the bacteria were resistant to more than 5 classes of antibiotics.   Conclusions  For AIDS patients with bacterial blood flow infection, the multiple drug resistance rate of gram-positive bacteria is higher, linezolid, tigecycline, vancomycin and quinuptine/daphoputin can be selected for treatment . Quinolones, Carbopenems, and Cephalosperins all have high sensitivity to gram-negative bacteria.

Abstract:
Biliverdin and bilirubin are the products of heme metabolism. Many studies have found that biliverdin can continuously consume oxygen free radicals as well as activate biliverdin reductase, relying on the biliverdin-bilirubin redox recycling system. Biliverdin may play a crucial of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, suppressing immune response, stabilizing vascular endothelial cells, regulating cell apoptosis and so on. In this review, we discussed the structure and metabolism of biliverdin/bilirubin, and mechanism of biliverdin therapeutic function in different diseases.

Abstract:
Cardiac channelopathy caused by genetic mutations have been recognized as a leading cause of sudden unexplained death (SUD). Long QT syndrome is one of the most common cardiac channelopathies and its pathogenic genetic mutations have been continuously reported in various types of SUD. The functional verification of cardiac ion channel using whole-cell patch clamp techniques has important forensic significance for assessing of pathogenic of genetic mutations, identifying of cause of death of SUD and screening of risk population of SUD. This review summarizes the basic principles of whole-cell patch clamp techniques and its application in the study of pathogenesis of long QT syndrome and sudden unexplained death.

Hertwig's epithelial root sheath (HERS) cells are a special group of cells that play important roles during root development and formation of periodontal tissues. This paper summarizes the origin and morphological structure of HERS cells, as well as the recent researches on their biological behaviors, participation in the regulatory process of tooth development, and potential application to tissue repair and regeneration. It provides a reference for the subsequent study on application strategies and mechanisms of HERS cells and their derivatives in periodontal tissue regeneration.

Application of Mini-CEX in the Standardized Training of Residents in Nephrology Department

Abstract:
  Objective  To explore the application of Mini-CEX in the standardized training of residents in nephrology department.   Methods  Residents who were trained in the Nephrology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 31 in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted Mini-CEX teaching method. The Mini-CEX evaluation scale was used to evaluate the two groups of residents when entering and leaving the department, and the observation group was investigated for satisfaction with teaching methods.   Results  There was no statistically significant difference in baseline information between the two groups of residents (P > 0.05). The scores of the two groups of residents at the time of leaving the department were improved compared with the number of entering the department, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The Mini-CEX assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group when leaving department, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Most residents in the observation group agreed that the Mini-CEX teaching method improves clinical ability (87.1%), communication ability (93.55%) and organizational effectiveness (90.32%).   Conclusion  Mini-CEX can improve the effectiveness of standardized training of residents in nephrology department, and can be widely used.

  Objective  To explore the effect of pentatone therapy combined with non-nutritive sucking in feeding premature infants.  Methods  A total of 120 premature infants admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Third People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group of 60 cases according to the digital table method. The premature infants in the group received pentatone therapy combined with non-nutritive sucking, and the control group received routine nursing care. The time of reaching the condition of oral total gastrointestinal feeding, the incidence of feeding intolerance, the neurobehavior of the premature infants in the experimental group and the control group were collected and analyzed. The ability to measure the time to hospital delivery and weight at discharge.  Results  There were statistically significant differences in the neurobehavioral ability test scores, the incidence of feeding intolerance, the time to reach the condition of oral total gastrointestinal feeding, and the hospitalization time of the premature infants between the two groups (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in weight and discharge body weight (P > 0.05).  Conclusion  Sound therapy combined with non-nutritive sucking can shorten the time for premature infants to reach the condition of oral total gastrointestinal feeding, reduce the occurrence of feeding intolerance, improve the neurobehavioral score, and shorten the hospitalization time of premature infants.
Effect of Nurse-led Nursing Model in Patients with Laparoscopic Hepatectomy

Abstract:
  Objective  To explore the effect of nurse-led nursing mode in laparoscopic hepatectomy.   Methods  A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group with 60 patients in each group by random number table method. The observation group received nurse-led nursing mode, and the control group received conventional holistic nursing mode. Preoperative and postoperative liver function indexes, postoperative complications(bleeding, biliary leakage, ascites, abdominal distension), postoperative ambulation time, feeding time, anal exhaust and defecation time, abdominal drainage tube removal time, length of hospital stay, postoperative pain score, self-care ability score, and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the two groups.   Results  There was no significant difference in preoperative liver function between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). The other indicators were better than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).   Conclusion  The application of nurse-led nursing mode in the perioperative period of laparoscopic hepatectomy can accelerate patients' recovery, reduce complications, shorten hospital stay, improve self-care ability, improve treatment effect and hospitalization satisfaction, and has clinical application value.
